Premature Ejaculation is a Lack of Control Over ejaculation during Sexual Arousal.

Persistent or Recurrent Ejaculation with Minimal before , during , or Shortly after Vaginal Penetration and has Difficulty with-holding and Lasting their Ejaculation for a Desire  Time Period .  It also called Early Ejection , Early climax , and Premature Climax.

An Average Sexual Intercourse usually Last From 15-20 But on An Average Women Needs more than 10 minutes to achieve Proper Orgasm or Climax. If a Men Ejaculate too quickly without control Before their Partner Achieve Proper Orgasm Then Guy / Man is a Premature Ejaculator .

This Condition is Varies Between the Men , Some men ejaculate in the few minutes during the Foreplay, Some loses control earlier/before inserting Penis into the Vagina and some just right first vaginal penetration .

Types of Premature Ejaculation;

There are Two different types of PE;

  1. Primary (Lifelong) Premature Ejaculation ; The common type present from the very beginning of the man’s first Sexual Experience/ Encounter .
  2. Secondary ( Acquired) Premature Ejaculation ;Present in Rare Cases , Premature Ejaculation may occur suddenly at some point during man’s Life .

Then, Stop the stimulation for 40-60 seconds(1 minute) and start again the Described process once you feel that you have regained control over Ejaculation. Repeat this process 3-6 times, stopping and “resting” every time you feel that you are about to have an orgasm Before your partner.

2. Squeeze Technique;

The “squeeze” technique Can be Defined as the squeezing the penis in the area between the Shaft and the Glans Penis(for an about 30 seconds or 1 minute), just before you are about to Expels or ejaculate the Semen.
